DELIVERY

All our orders are processed directly with the manufacturers so providing the items are in stock in their warehouse, if orders are placed by 2pm, we aim to have your goods delivered between 1-3 working days, depending on which manufacturer the goods are ordered from. If an order consists of products from various manufacturers, then there will be more than one delivery expected as they will be dispatched by their own couriers.

All UK orders placed which are under £100+vat will have a delivery charge of £7.95+vat. All orders placed which are over £100+vat will qualify for free delivery. Deliveries are made to Mainland UK only.

For any items which are not in stock, we will do our best to provide you with an expected delivery date in which you can decide if you wish to accept or cancel your order. For any queries relating to your order or stock enquiries before placing an order, please get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.

RETURNS

Please check your delivery as soon as It arrives and notify us of any damages or unwanted goods within 24 hours.

Products that are no longer required or incorrectly ordered have a restocking charge of 25%. This charge is subject to change depending on the manufacturers own restocking fees schedule.

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch so you can be provided with a returns number and instructions on how to process the return. Returns are to be made back to the manufacturer who dispatched the goods (please do not send any returns back to our office as we do not accept parcels at our office address).

The cost of returning any goods that are no longer required or that have been incorrectly ordered is the responsibility of the Buyer and not Dilara’s Dinnerware.

All returns must be received in an unused and resealable condition in original packaging. Goods received that are used, damaged or with missing packaging cannot be refunded.

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence to be passed onto the manufacturer. Damage claims outside of this period may not be processed. In most instances a refund or an offer of replacement will be made.
